24/09/2017 Visit to Design Week at V&A museum

Hello everyone!
I went to the Design Week on Sunday 24th, carrying with me my friend who hates museums, so it already started as a challenge.
I wanted to hear the talk about anatomy by Stellarc and Nina Sellars, but unfortunately I didn't book it on time.
However we saw instead the installation in the great entrance of the V&A museum, Duet, and the Human Sensor, which was presenting an innovative technology based on a very interesting study on human body and the environment.

I really enjoyed the contemporary dance Slave/Master hosted in the Raphael Gallery, especially because of the animation projected at the back that was interactive and was moving based an the dancer poses.

Later we went to the Sackler Centre for arts education and it has been very interesting because of the great research made on virtual reality. I made a fun lab where you had to wear a VR visor and you could see yourself just in front of you and had to complete a puzzle game with a screen on it, showing you completing the puzzle. Completely mind blowing, very fun.

See you.

Eleonora
